How Outsourcing.ai collects, uses, retains, and protects information submitted through the website.

For: Visitors, contacts, and people submitting a project requestBy Outsourcing.ai Editorial Team
The decisionOutsourcing.ai limits website collection to information needed to operate the site, answer requests, assess project fit, prevent abuse, and document consent.Evidence references: [1]

This notice describes the website and intake workflow operated under the Outsourcing.ai brand. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate proposal or agreement that identifies the contracting party and project-specific data responsibilities.

Information we collect

Ordinary reading does not require an account. Cloudflare processes request and performance data needed to deliver, protect, and measure the site. A contact submission contains the name, email, optional company, topic, message, consent record, and operational events required to process it. A project request also contains the buyer’s stated outcome, skills, budget band, timing, and location preferences.

We do not intentionally store a visitor’s IP address in the application database. Turnstile and Cloudflare may process network information to prevent abuse under their own terms.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic and performance. Optional Google Analytics 4 reporting is delivered through Cloudflare Zaraz only after you choose Allow analytics. Before that choice, analytics storage and all advertising consent fields remain denied. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and ad-user-data consent remain denied even when analytics is allowed.

Consented analytics may record page views and a successful accepted contact or project-intake response. It does not receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, project descriptions, tool inputs, form values, IP addresses, or persistent lead identifiers. Form starts, detailed decision-tool events, and operational request states remain in the site’s privacy-limited first-party systems and are not exported to Google Analytics.

Your choice is stored in this browser so the site can respect it on later visits. Use Cookie choices in the footer at any time to deny or allow optional analytics. Changing the choice stops future optional collection; it does not delete information already processed under an earlier choice.

How information is used

Submission information is used to answer the request, assess fit for an Outsourcing.ai engagement, prepare or administer a proposal where requested, operate the intake workflow, prevent abuse, deliver transactional email, document consent, and improve the service using aggregated data only where permission exists. Permission to share with a third-party provider is separate and optional. Before an engagement gives a delivery partner or subprocessor access to project information, the applicable proposal or agreement must identify the delivery model and authorized recipients.

Retention

Personal details in unqualified or closed requests are scheduled for redaction after 90 days. Minimal consent and operational audit evidence may be retained for up to 24 months. Active business records may be kept while reasonably necessary for the relationship and applicable obligations.

Service providers and requests

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database, delivery infrastructure, aggregate Web Analytics, and Zaraz tag delivery. Google provides optional Analytics reporting after consent. Resend provides transactional email. Any project-specific delivery tools, subprocessors, or specialist partners must be identified in the applicable proposal or agreement rather than silently inferred from this website notice. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@outsourcing.ai. We will verify the request before changing records.

This notice may be updated when the website, intake workflow, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The reviewed date above identifies the current version.
