Terms

Terms of use

Terms for using Outsourcing.ai research, calculators, scorecards, links, and submission forms.

For: Visitors and people using Outsourcing.ai tools or formsBy Outsourcing.ai Editorial Team
The decisionThe site provides research and decision aids, not legal, tax, employment, security, or financial advice, and not a guarantee of provider performance.Evidence references: [1]

These terms apply to use of the public Outsourcing.ai website. They do not replace the separate proposal or agreement required for paid services.

Research and tools

Content and interactive tools are supplied for general information and procurement planning. Estimates depend on user inputs and documented assumptions. Scores reflect the evidence entered for a stated project; they are not certifications, universal rankings, or promises of performance.

You are responsible for independent due diligence and professional advice appropriate to your jurisdiction, data, security requirements, employment model, taxes, and contract.

Service engagements

The website may invite a visitor to request software, AI, automation, sourcing, or delivery support from Outsourcing.ai. A form submission, introductory conversation, estimate, or planning tool does not create a service engagement. Any paid work requires a separate proposal or agreement identifying the contracting entity, scope, delivery model, fees, responsibilities, intellectual-property terms, confidentiality, data handling, approved subprocessors or specialist partners, acceptance, warranty or support terms, and termination or handover provisions.

Editorial research is not a warranty about a service engagement. When Outsourcing.ai has a commercial role in delivery or receives compensation connected to an option, that relationship must be disclosed where it could affect the buyer’s interpretation.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, scrape protected operational data, or use the forms to send unsolicited promotion. We may reject or delete abusive submissions.

External sites control their own services, prices, availability, and terms. A visible commercial disclosure will accompany any future affiliate link. Outsourcing.ai does not currently publish affiliate tracking links.

Intellectual property and changes

Original site content, design, and tool implementations are protected by applicable rights. Reasonable quotation and linking are welcome with attribution. These terms and the service may change; the reviewed date identifies the current version.
